Michael Flynn
Michael has spent his career where storytelling meets technology. He began as NBC4 Washington's first digital journalist, reporting for broadcast and the web and appearing on MSNBC, TODAY and CNN, then led communications and new media for Meals on Wheels Association of America, where he built its first television studio and podcast.
Today he leads AI adoption as a digital director at AARP, building AI assistants and teaching teams to put them to work. At Bay House Digital he brings both halves together: sites that look the part, and AI that handles the busywork behind them.
At AARP he has led the adoption of AI-enabled personalization across marketing teams, built three internal AI assistants and created the training, office hours and newsletters that got people using them. In 2024 he co-created AARP My Milestones, the winning concept in the organization's Digital First Ideas Pitch Competition.
